Why are you doing this?
For the glory of God, and as an outlet for us to use the gifts God gave to us.

Is this a night of corporate worship or a concert?
A little of both.  While the songs that are used in the "Hallowed Be Your Name" presentation are, for the most part, common worship songs with which most churches are familiar, we have endeavored to add a level of musicality to the performance that is not easily duplicated during a Sunday morning worship set.  That being said, anyone familiar with the songs we play is certainly invited to join in singing with us.

Would this be a good outreach opportunity for our church?
Throughout the course of the "Hallowed Be Your Name" presentation the gospel is presented clearly and effectively.  Those believers in attendance will be able to revel in the glory of the gospel as it is proclaimed, and those who might attend the event who are not believers will be made aware of their need for salvation and the invitation of God to repent and believe the gospel.

Does it cost anything?
No, but we do ask that a free will offering be taken during the event.  This offering will help cover the band's expenses of $200.00 per event.  The members of Awake My Glory will donate any gifts from the free will offering over and above this amount to the church hosting the event.  In other words, the event is essentially free, and hopefully the hosting church will even come out ahead!  Additionally, a piece of live art is created during the event, which will also be donated to the host church.  The host church can then feel free to sell it, auction it off, or give it away.  Our goal is to use our gifts in order to spread the fame of our great God, not to make money.

What is expected of our church in order to host an event? 
We ask that you use the provided promotional materials (posters, fliers, videos, etc.) to advertise and promote the event to the people of your church.  More promotional materials are available upon request.  Awake My Glory will provide its own sound system (speakers, amplifiers, microphones, etc.) as well as its own video projection system (projector, screen, etc.).  Basically, all you need to provide is an area to host the event, and people to fill the seats!
